Morning Martini Terms of Use

Morning Martini operates on Substack's platform and adheres to Substack's Terms of Use. In addition to Substack's terms, the following policies apply specifically to Morning Martini subscribers:

1. Commercial Use

Morning Martini grants subscribers a single-use license to use the content provided in its newsletters for both personal and commercial purposes. This license is intended for the individual subscriber of a single program or project.

• Each subscription permits use of Morning Martini’s summaries and insights for a single person, such as an individual creator, a single podcast, a single newsletter, or one radio program.

• Redistribution of the content to multiple users or programs under one subscription is prohibited. For example, a General Manager or Program Director of a radio station group may not forward the newsletter to multiple DJs or stations under a single subscription.

• Additional licenses must be purchased for each individual, program, or use case requiring access to the content. Group licenses can be purchased on the subscription page.

• Morning Martini reserves the right to cancel subscriptions in violation of these terms with or without notice or refund.

2. Attribution and Copyright Compliance

• When legally appropriate and/or necessary, proper attribution to the original source must be provided when sharing, publishing, or repurposing any content, quotes, or media assets from Morning Martini.

• Morning Martini ensures that all media assets included in its newsletters are properly attributed to their original sources when appropriate and/or necessary. Subscribers are responsible for complying with all applicable copyright laws when using or sharing these assets.

3. Redistribution Restrictions

• Redistribution of the entire newsletter or substantial portions of its content without modification and proper attribution is strictly prohibited.

• Subscribers may share brief excerpts or specific portions of the newsletter for commentary or reference, provided that attribution is included and no modifications misrepresent the content.

4. Substack’s Terms

These terms supplement Substack’s Terms of Service, which continue to govern your use of the Substack platform. If there is a conflict between Morning Martini’s Terms and Substack’s Terms, Substack’s Terms will prevail with respect to platform-specific issues.
