THE PALACE COUP
On Thursday, the Democrat Party had more leaks than a depth-charged U-Boat, with reports from inside the offices of NANCY PELOSI, CHUCK SCHUMER, and even BARACK OBAMA telegraphing that these power players were turning the screws on JOE BIDEN to get him out of the way as their party’s nominee.
The New York Times reported that Joe was on the horn with BILL CLINTON, griping about Pelosi and Obama trying to sideline him. Biden has remained resentful that Obama pushed him out in 2016 in favor of Hillary. Biden still believes he would have beaten Trump that year.

Around the same time, Democrat protestors gathered at the White House calling on Biden to step aside as the party nominee. “Thank you Joe, it’s time to go,” they chanted, carrying signs with “Pass the torch, Joe!”
In a separate report, the Times says Biden gathered his two closest advisers, Mike Donilon and Steve Richetti, on Saturday, and drafted the statement he would issue the following day. (The Times noted that they were socially distanced as Biden continues his recovery from covid).
