As employees of JP MORGAN CHASE return to office full time, CEO JAMIE DIMON has no interest in their complaining.

After some-1300 disgruntled employees banded together to sign a letter opposing the policy change, Dimon said the effort was a waste of time. In audio leaked from a company town hall obtained by Barron’s, Dimon says, “Don’t waste time on it. I don’t care how many people sign that [effing] petition.”

Dimon also encouraged company leadership to make the company more efficient and cut bureaucracy within the organization.

A kayaker was swallowed by a humpback whale and lived to tell the tale.

Adrian Simancas was kayaking with his dad in the Strait of Magellan, when the whale surfaced, scooped him up in its mouth, held him in for a few seconds, and then let him out.

Simancas’ dad caught the whole thing on video.

Despite the scare, the duo were able to make it to shore -- very shaken up, but not injured. [via AP]

The BACKSTREET BOYS are heading to Vegas.

NICK CARTER, AJ MCLEAN, KEVIN RICHARDSON, BRIAN LITTRELL, and HOWIE DOROUGH will take over the Sphere for nine nights as part of their “Into the Millenium” residency -- a tribute to their 1999 album “Millenium.”

BLAKE LIVELY’s lawyers want JUSTIN BALDONI’s text messages.

According to the latest legal filing, three subpoenas have been filed to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon -- the carriers used by Baldoni, his publicists, “It Ends With Us” producer Jamey Heath, crisis manager Jed Wallace, and the co-founder of Baldoni’s Wayfarer Studios, Steve Sarowitz.

Lively’s attorneys say the subpoenas aim to “expose the people, tactics, and methods that have worked to destroy and bury [her] reputation and family over the past year.”

Baldoni’s lawyer isn't concerned however, calling the filing “an ordinary part of the litigation process” and that her team won’t find what they are seeking. [via Variety]

The show premieres on April 28. [via Deadline]
