DRINK RESPONSIBLY. EAT CHEESE.: A recent study out of Seoul found that eating some cheese before a night of drinking can reduce a next-day hangover.
Basically, the probiotics in cheese helped speed up alcohol metabolism by boosting key liver enzymes. It also activates fat-reducing buildup in the liver and inflammation, which occurs when consuming too much alcohol.
Even simpler, cheese helps one’s liver handle alcohol better, which could mean less nausea and head pain the following day. [via NY Post]

RYAN REYNOLDS’ Aviation Gin is offering a deal for couples to get married at their distillery in Portland, Oregon, on Valentine’s Day for only $214.
"Sounds weird? Absolutely. But why not! What better way to celebrate your Valentine? These strangers are about to become the unofficial extended family you never knew you needed," the press release states.
The nuptials will be hosted at the bar and include a photographer and videographer, a cake, and a cocktail flight.
There is a catch however; couples must be over 21 years old, have a marriage license at the time of the ceremony, and be sober…at least at the beginning. [via The Mirror]

Kelce has been with the Kansas City Chiefs since 2013, and the idea of calling it quits -- especially after losing horrifically to the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl -- is a “tough decision to make.” [via NY Post]
